I can also use heat transfer vinyl or embroidery to personalise pieces for you. You can see a selection below of custom orders and discontinued styles which I can recreate for you or use as inspiration to create something new!
I can use a range of 90 colours subject to a minimum order starting from one meter. I can even bring custom prints to life for you. As an example, one meter of silk usually fits a silk sleep cap, scrunchie, headband and ribbon for example but please email me to discuss your ideas

From custom printed silk scrunchies for sports clubs to small batch artisan accessory production, I bring a detail focused approach to every project.
What I offer
Production- I offer both Cut Make Trim and full production; my own tested product designs are ready to go with your own artwork or we can work on something a bit more bespoke with custom product creation.
In house production- I sew everything in my Sussex studio (no outsourcing or middle men here!) and I will be on hand throughout with updates and guidance to get the best results.
Creative support- Advice on artwork prep, scale and pattern layouts for the best final result and creative problem solving.
Thoughtful design- Classic yet modern pieces created to balance function and aesthetics with careful construction in small batches perfect for luxury event merchandise and corporate gifting.
Low minimums & flexibility- Ideal for other independent businesses and sampling. My minimums start from just 3 meters of silk which usually creates around 70 scrunchies.
Flexible turnaround times- Printed silk usually takes 2-3 weeks to arrive with me and as a rough guide, I can sew 100-300 scrunchies a week or 50-100 eye masks. I'm always happy to try and work to your deadline if I can clear my sewing queue in advance but the silk printing turnaround time cannot normally be reduced. A local fabric printer is available at a higher cost for tighter turnarounds which would usually reduce printing time down to a week.
Minimal waste- From working together to use the most of each meter of silk to recyclable packaging like paper tape and cardboard boxes, keeping waste down is built into my work.
Values led business- All silk pieces are sewn in house in the UK. I also treat my suppliers as I would also want to be treated so there is no haggling to race to the lowest price for silk already at a fair price.
Content creation- I am always happy to include behind the scenes making process photos and videos to tease your new products and reinforce quality production values.
