Yep, I’ve been running Mille Saisons for 10 years now and here are some of my takeaways 1. You need to let people know you are the maker. This might seem obvious but I don’t think I appreciated that saying it once it’s enough. You need to say it and then say it again, and again, and again. It's easy for people to assume you are selling products you buy in so if you are making it house, let people know! 2. You don’t have to listen to everyone when they give you p
